Reservations / Deposit
A minimum deposit of $300 (per camper) must accompany each registration in order to reserve your spot. This must be received within 2 weeks of submitting your registration to our office. Reservations are not finalized until full payment of camp fees is received by our office. For details on Final Payment deadlines please see below for the policies applicable to you.
Camp Summit accepts payment by cheque, credit card (VISA/Mastercard) and cash for all payments. Please be aware that all payments by Credit Card will be charged a 3% processing fee for each transaction. Please note that the 3% processing fee for credit card transactions is non-refundable.
Final Payment - Early Bird Discount Deadline (November 30th, 2016)
In order to take advantage of our Early Bird Discount, full payment of your camp fees must be received by our office by November 30th, 2016. The Early Bird Discount will expire after this date and invoices that have not been paid in full will be recalculated to reflect our regular rates and payment deadlines (See Below). A reminder email will be sent in advance of this deadline.
Opting Out of the Early Bird Deadline
You are welcome to “Opt Out” of the Early Bird fees/deadline if you submit a registration while the discount is still activated. Please contact the office once you have submitted your registration so we can adjust your account accordingly. If you choose not to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount, a minimum deposit of $300 per camper is still required (as noted above) and the remaining balance of your camp fees must be received by our Regular Rate Deadline on April 4th, 2017.
Final Payment – Regular Rate Deadline (April 4th, 2017)
Registrations received after our Early Bird Deadline on November 30th, 2016 will be considered “Regular Rate.” As such, you will be required to submit a minimum deposit of $300 per camper within 2 weeks of submitting your application to our office - the remaining balance of your camp fees must be received by our Regular Rate Deadline on April 4th, 2017. Camper reservations are not finalized until final payment has been received. Camper reservations that have not been paid in full by this date will no longer be held in our system and will be released to waitlisted families. A reminder email will be sent in advance of this deadline.
Registering After April 4th, 2017
Full payment of your camp fees will be required upon submission of your registration if you are applying to Camp after April 4th, 2017. Deposits will no longer be accepted after April 4th, 2017. All payments MUST be received before your child arrives to camp.
