Below you will find all of the information needed to register for Camp Summit.
Some of the information is for you to keep as a resource, some needs to be sent back to the office.
Please follow the steps and don’t ever hesitate to contact us at the office if you have any questions.
You have two options:

Click and download a registration form, print it out, fill it in and mail it back with a cheque.

Clothing Lists
Click and download the Clothing list that applies to the session your child/children are attending, keep this for you reference.
Parent/Camper Handbook
Click and download the parent camper handbook, read it on your computer and or print it out for your reference.
Any questions you may have as a guardian sending a child to camp, or a new camper preparing for an upcoming stay, you can find answers to in our new Parent & Camper Handbook.
Campership
Summit is very excited to have in place a Campership program to help provide opportunities for children whose families might not have the financial means to allow them the unique and amazing experience of summer camp. For more information, download our Campership Information Package.

Additional Information
We are also able to issue receipts for income tax claims against the Children's Fitness Tax Credit program. Visit the Canada Revenue Agency's program page for more info.
